Schedule tracking and milestone delivery compliance. **Description:** ---------------- At INGENIERÍA INSULAR, we are looking for a Technical Architect with an analytical mindset and construction experience to join our team. Your primary mission will be to ensure that architectural projects are executed with the highest quality while strictly adhering to budgets and schedules. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execution Control: Supervise on-site work to ensure strict adherence to technical plans and current regulations. * Financial Management: Cost control, construction certifications, budget reviews, and interaction with suppliers/subcontractors. * Scheduling: Monitor Gantt charts to ensure milestone deliveries are met without deviation. * Health and Safety: Coordinate and supervise implementation of all occupational risk prevention measures on site. * Documentation: Drafting of site minutes, progress reports, and management of the Order Book.
