At Ormazabal, you will find a space to design your future—and the future of the world. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Reporting directly to the Area Manager, your primary responsibility will be the manufacturing of CBT (Low Voltage Switchboards) across the full product range (Urban, Compact, Smart), with or without supervision. To this end, you will be responsible for the following tasks: **Responsibilities:** * Comply with established procedures and standards, ensuring adherence to the assigned daily schedule according to required quality, safety, and documentation process standards and criteria. * Resolve any issues arising in your position and comply with internal regulations, such as established working hours and breaks, as well as instructions and orders from the Liaison Officer. * Perform duties specific to the position according to the standard process sheet: * Assemble and integrate the various components of Ormazabal’s Low Voltage Switchboards. * Conduct corresponding tests and operations. * Ensure correct traceability registration of manufactured equipment. * Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks (cleaning and compliance with cell usage rules) and corrective maintenance (inspect the installation to identify faults and comply with cell usage rules). * Collaborate in autonomous cell management, propose improvements, and participate actively. * Ensure solution dispatch in accordance with customer requirements (technical and commercial documentation, identification, accessory arrangement, packaging, etc.). * Demonstrate proactivity in developing your own versatility by showing willingness toward training plans deemed necessary or appropriate by the Organization (both within and outside your production area). * Promote teamwork through collaboration and support for colleagues and supervisors. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Qualification obtained **less than 3 years ago.** + Intermediate Vocational Training in Electrical and Automatic Installations. + Intermediate Vocational Training in Electromechanical Maintenance. + Higher Vocational Training in Electrotechnical and Automated Systems. + Higher Vocational Training in Renewable Energies. + Higher Vocational Training in Automation and Industrial Robotics. + Higher Vocational Training in Electronic Maintenance. + Higher Vocational Training in Industrial Mechatronics. + Professional Certification in Auxiliary Operations for Assembly and Maintenance of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (ELEQ0111\). * **Knowledge:** Electrical schematics, manufacturing processes * **Competencies:** + Attention to detail: Pay close attention to tasks to ensure high-quality outcomes. + Teamwork: We operate on a production line alongside other people, where one person’s activities impact others’. Maintaining a positive work environment is essential to foster communication. + Leadership: Understood as assuming leadership of daily activities and personal development. * **Other Requirements:** + Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. + Availability to work rotating shifts.
