




* Lead prospecting and qualification: searching for new contacts in industrial sectors, engineering firms, and technical offices; analyzing real software CAD/PLM needs. * Opportunity management: outbound calls, follow-up with interested parties, resolving inquiries, and recording activities in CRM. * Initial product/service presentation: introducing potential customers to the functionalities of SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE. * CRM management: recording calls, emails, and next steps for each opportunity. * Scheduling and preparation of calls, demos, and meetings in Outlook/Teams. * Lead segmentation and list preparation by sector and urgency. * Market research and competitor analysis. * Support for marketing campaigns (emailing and events). * Maintenance and cleaning of CRM database. **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 14:00 and from 15:30 to 17:30; Friday and summer hours from 08:00 to 14:30. **Working hours:** Full-time **Professional experience:** Less than one year **Education:** Not required. **Desirable qualifications:** * Previous experience in inside sales, business development, or B2B lead management. * Experience in software, engineering, or technology sector. * Experience in customer presentations. * Knowledge of CRM tools. * Communication skills. * Organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
