Achieving **€1 billion** in revenue is a challenge we are confident we will meet through the **collaboration** and **talent** of our people—another success story we will write together. **What are we looking for?** At Babel, we seek a **specialist profile in Storage and Backup Platform Administration and Operations**, with experience in critical environments—both in multi-client service models and dedicated-client setups—ensuring availability, integrity, and performance of storage and data protection infrastructures. **Responsibilities:** * Daily administration and operation of storage and backup platforms in production environments, including management and resolution of complex Level 2 incident cases\. * Management, monitoring, and optimization of storage infrastructures, ensuring capacity, availability, and performance. * Administration of backup platforms, including definition and maintenance of backup policies, supervision and validation of correct backup execution, as well as performing restorations when required. * Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, such as updates, patch application, and version upgrades. * Specialized technical support to operations and infrastructure teams on matters related to storage and data protection. * Preparation of technical reports on capacity, performance, availability, and compliance with backup policies. * Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and technological evolution of platforms. * Adaptation to both multi-client and dedicated-client service environments, complying with each environment’s specific procedures and requirements. **Requirements:** * Proven experience administering enterprise storage platforms, preferably from vendors such as Dell EMC, NetApp, and Hitachi. * Experience administering backup platforms: Commvault and Veeam. * Experience in managed services or Level 2 operations teams within mission-critical environments. * Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents related to storage and data protection. **Desirable knowledge:** * Avamar administration. * Experience in Cloud environments (AWS and/or Microsoft Azure). * Ability to analyze and resolve incidents in critical storage and data protection environments. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
