We currently have an opening for an AI Engineer (Agentic AI) who wants to join our company. We seek a candidate with a strong background in data science, capable of leading teams, designing analytical strategies, and guiding the implementation of advanced AI/Data Science solutions for our AI.DA Center of Excellence (CoE). **Your key responsibilities:** Although they will depend on your profile and experience, your main functions with us would generally include: * Development of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science-based solutions. * Design of Multi-Agent Patterns (skills and subagents). * Prompting. * State and Memory Management. RAG. * Planning (Reasoning Loops). * Tooling Design and integrations. * Error Handling in Tools. * Interoperability: Security and LLMOps. * Guardrails. * Cost and Latency Management: Python, Java, Kafka, Microservices. **Requirements:** * Professional software development experience of more than 5 years (Generative AI Data Science Solutions). * Mandatory programming experience in Python. * Artificial Intelligence: Experience in Generative AI and/or Data Science (MLOps, ML/GenAI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.) for at least 6 months. * Backend software development (APIs, microservices, scalable architecture). SDLC: GIT management, unit testing, continuous integration and CI/CD deployment. * Cloud: Experience with at least one provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Knowledge of databases and data structures. * Experience managing and leading technical teams, promoting best practices and efficient methodologies in data science development. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Advanced English level (B2/C1) is desirable for collaboration on international projects. **Personal competencies:** * Teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration. * Communication skills, fostering dynamics that enable knowledge sharing, with equal interest in learning and teaching. * Strong technical communication and documentation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and proactivity.
