Description
DESCRIPTION
We require a Functional Analyst to join a stable Mobility sector project, working with Data Landing systems and data flows between devices within a critical ticketing environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for learning, analyzing, and evolving the Data Landing system, supporting integration, deployment, and operational processes, and acting as a bridge between business, technical integration, and operations. They must acquire in-depth knowledge of the system through Knowledge Transfer, shadowing, and reverse shadowing; understand its data flows and functional architecture; and document interfaces, dependencies, and processes.
Additionally, they will participate in evolutionary analysis and requirements gathering, identify impacts on systems and data flows, define expected functional behavior, validate end-to-end functional consistency, and detect errors related to flow sequences, data, and messaging. They will also support deployments by validating changes prior to release, accompany implementation across different environments, and verify post-deployment functionality. Within operations, they will analyze functional incidents, support production troubleshooting, and participate in root cause analysis.
The functional scope includes Data Landing systems for Bus, Rail, and Retail, as well as data flows between devices — including validators and front office — intermediate systems such as DGC and concentrators, and the central back office. It also covers transaction management, configuration data, and information distribution.
