Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring proper control, movement and condition of vehicles across various campuses and bases; conducting vehicle inspections — verification of vehicle condition and detection of potential damages and/or deterioration — and associated operational tasks (e.g., tire puncture repairs, bulb replacements). Knowledge of rapid mechanical repairs is considered an advantage. Duties and Responsibilities Campus and Base Management Movement, placement and organization of vehicles on campus. Organization of vehicle entries and exits at our base. Basic inspection of overall vehicle condition — verification of vehicle condition and detection of potential damages and/or deterioration. Coordination with workshops for mechanical issues or maintenance needs. General operational support at base/Campo de las Naciones: tire puncture repairs, bulb replacements, etc. Vehicle cleaning Vehicle appraisals Vehicle inspection/verification and detection of possible damages and/or deterioration, with availability to perform these at our campus near Campo de las Naciones (every Monday). Preparation of damage reports, vehicle condition reports and visual assessments. Photographing and documenting weekly damage inspections. Tracking and archiving related documentation. Work Location Availability to conduct vehicle inspections/verifications (and detect possible damages and/or deterioration) at our campus near Campo de las Naciones every Monday. ### **Requirements** Prior experience as a campus assistant, fleet operator or similar roles. Valid Class B driver’s license (mandatory). Organizational skills, attention to detail and autonomy. Basic proficiency with digital tools (mobile devices, photos, records, videos). Familiarity with Microsoft Office / database systems is considered an advantage. Immediate availability and prior industry experience are highly valued. ### **Offered** Contract Type: Permanent Salary: €18,000 gross annual salary, paid in 12 installments. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch break).
