




Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Management Control Analyst to monitor and analyze business performance, evaluate corporate performance, and provide key insights. We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis and Management Control Analyst (M/F), a finance professional focused on business monitoring and analysis. This role will center on evaluating corporate performance by comparing the annual budget against actual financial results and future forecasts, delivering key insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Main Responsibilities: Financial Control and Monitoring * Participation in financial results analysis (actual vs. budget vs. forecast). * Identification of variances and support in proposing corrective actions. * Tracking of financial and operational KPIs. Accounting Closings and Reporting * Collaboration in monthly closing processes. * Review of financial information and support in preparing management reporting. * Ensuring the reliability of financial data. Audit and Accounting Coordination * Application of audit knowledge to review and validate financial information. * Support in preparing annual financial statements and external audit processes. Financial Consolidation (Desirable) * Support in financial statement consolidation processes. * Familiarity with group structures and consolidated reporting. Tools and Systems * Use of ERP systems (Navision / MS Dynamics 365\). * Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
