The position involves operating basic and auxiliary textile machinery within the assembly line. Tasks include assembly, sewing, finishing, and inspection of garments and textile components, ensuring compliance with the technical specifications established for each product. Constant visual inspection must be carried out to detect any quality defects, such as flaws, loose threads, or seam imperfections, maintaining strict control over the final output. Additionally, staff are responsible for sorting, folding, labeling, and packing finished products, following the production line’s pace and meeting packaging standards. Maintaining the work area is essential; therefore, cleanliness and organization must be ensured at all times. This includes adherence to all applicable industrial safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for the entire team. This role is integral and demands attention to detail and diligence at every stage of the production process. Adaptability to different stages of the assembly line and the ability to work collaboratively are key factors for operational efficiency. The function directly contributes to the production flow—from material handling to preparing products for distribution—ensuring that each unit meets quality criteria before leaving the facility. Working hours are rotating, covering morning shifts from 6:00 to 14:00 and afternoon shifts from 14:00 to 22:00\. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, with weekends consistently off. A minimum of three years’ prior experience in industrial production lines is required, preferably in the textile sector. Candidates must be capable of operating basic machinery and following technical instructions precisely and meticulously.
