This position will be based in **Madrid**, with remote work options, though occasional attendance at our office in **Las Rozas** will be required for team meetings and in-person activities. **IMPORTANT: You must currently be enrolled in a university or master's degree program in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.** ***What will your day-to-day look like?*** You will join the team responsible for analyzing and executing the company’s inorganic growth opportunities, participating in real acquisition transactions and corporate strategy initiatives. ***What do you need to know?*** * **MANDATORY: Currently enrolled in a university or master's degree program in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.** * Ability to sign a training agreement with your university, business school, or training center. * Interest in **M&A, Corporate Finance, Corporate Strategy, or Investment**. * Knowledge of financial analysis, company valuation, and financial modeling is desirable. * Familiarity with AI tools applied to this role. * English proficiency at **B2 level or higher**. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic and demanding environment. * Proactivity, curiosity, and motivation to contribute to high-impact strategic projects. ***Your responsibilities will include:*** * Supporting the team in acquisition (buy\-side) processes for a publicly listed technology and consulting company. * Analyzing target companies in the IT and technology consulting sectors across Europe and Latin America. * Collaborating on financial valuations and scenario analyses for potential acquisitions. * Conducting market research, sectoral analyses, and benchmarking of companies. * Participating in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for investment opportunity assessments. * Attending meetings and calls with CEOs, founders, and executive teams of target companies. * Supporting the tracking and coordination of ongoing corporate transactions. * Collaborating on strategic initiatives related to the company’s corporate growth and development. ***What do we offer you?*** * Direct involvement in real M&A transactions. * Exposure to international projects across Europe and Latin America. * Learning alongside professionals specialized in Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions. * Development of expertise in financial analysis, company valuation, and corporate strategy. * Integration into a leading, innovative, and rapidly growing technology company.
