**Your opportunity**
We are seeking a **Payroll Technician** in Madrid to join our team, taking responsibility for the operational management of the HR administration cycle, payroll calculation, and processing with official agencies—ensuring quality and excellence across all processes.
**What will you do?**
* **End-to-end payroll management:** You will manage the full payroll cycle—from entering collective agreements and variable data to handling subsequent payroll incidents.
* **Contract and official agency management:** You will process employee onboarding and offboarding via the Social Security System RED, draft employment contracts, and ensure correct communication to SEPE in compliance with current regulations.
* **Incident control and support:** You will manage and resolve payroll-related incidents (absences, holidays, leave), ensuring proper application of labor and tax policies, and collaborate with the HR department to keep systems up to date.
**What are we looking for?**
* **Experience:** Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with proven track record in end-to-end payroll management, onboarding/offboarding, and contract administration.
* **Job-specific tools:** Familiarity with Social Security applications (System RED and SILTRA) and SEPE platforms.
* **Key competencies:** Strong organizational ability, rigorous attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure. We seek someone with excellent communication skills to effectively resolve employee queries and collaborate cross-functionally.
