We are looking for a **BIM Architect or Engineer** with experience in BIM methodologies, processes, automation, and information management, aiming to strengthen the technical area in international projects and provide support both in Spain and the Netherlands.
**Location:**
Madrid or Barcelona (candidate's choice)
**Work Model:**
Hybrid model
Occasional travel to the Netherlands.
**Responsibilities:**
Coordinate and develop BIM processes applied to multidisciplinary projects.
Define, draft, and maintain BIM procedures aligned with international standards.
Ensure quality, traceability, and proper incident management based on models.
Standardize workflows and provide technical input for consolidating corporate BIM methodologies.
Participate in technical review sessions and support multidisciplinary design teams.
Implement data management-oriented automation tools and routines.
Monitor compliance with BIM standards on-site and support field activities when necessary.
**Requirements:**
Degree in Architecture or Engineering, with a focus on BIM methodologies.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience working with BIM (mandatory).
Proficiency in BIM software and associated methodologies.
Field experience is desirable.
Ability to draft BIM procedures and processes (minimum English level B1\).
Knowledge of BIM standards, regulations, and quality criteria.
