What would your responsibilities be? * Creation, development, and assembly of commercial proposals in both offline and digital formats. * Writing, conceptualizing, and developing copy for commercial initiatives. * Collaborating and communicating with various Compass teams involved in proposal development. * Establishing a consistent and uniform tone across all proposals. * Reviewing copy and messaging across all channels, providing input and feedback to the team. * Consistently and creatively applying the internal style guide. * Executing ideas with the highest quality across all formats and channels. ### **Requirements** What are we looking for? * Minimum qualification: Vocational Training (Medium or Higher Level) in Graphic Design, Editing, Marketing, or Advertising. University degrees in Journalism, Advertising, Philology, or related fields will be highly valued. * Proven experience in layout design. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint minimum); knowledge of InDesign and other text editors is a plus. * Languages: Native-level Spanish; English proficiency is desirable. * Preferred: Training in creative writing, storytelling, or similar disciplines. ### **What We Offer** What do we offer? * Indefinite-term position with opportunities for career growth within a leading multinational company. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:30; Friday, 9:00–14:00 (with one hour flexibility in start/end time). * Salary based on candidate’s qualifications. * Complimentary meals for all employees. * Intensive summer schedule in August: 8:00–15:00. * One remote workday per week. * Start date: From September onwards.
