**Your Mission**
You will join the Design Department and serve as the end-to-end responsible for one or several projects/contracts—from initial planning through to delivery and financial closure.
**What will your day-to-day look like?**
* Define scope, milestones, deliverables, risks, quality plan, schedule, and required resources for each project.

* Conduct client meetings in English, prepare minutes, executive reports, and progress presentations as required by the project.
* Negotiate scope changes, timelines, priorities, deliverables, deviations, and contractual conditions with clients and suppliers within the contractual framework.
* Manage contracts financially: budgeting, invoicing, cost control, resource forecasting, variance analysis, margin tracking, scope change management, and support for claims.
* Optimize resources and processes to improve productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and project profitability.
* Train, guide, and develop team technicians—reviewing work criteria, methodologies, standards, and best practices.
* Anticipate and resolve technical, organizational, or contractual issues—escalating only relevant risks to management, accompanied by proposed solutions.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures, client requirements, applicable regulations, documentation quality, and decision traceability.
