We are leaders in digital technology services and deliver large-scale technological solutions to major corporations. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a **Senior L2 Technical Expert** with experience in Java/Spring and J2EE to support one of our leading clients in the banking sector. **Responsibilities:** * Management and resolution of Level 2 incidents (analysis, diagnosis, error reproduction, escalation to Level 3 where applicable). * Minor evolutionary maintenance and functional/technical support. * Execution of database queries (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and analysis of logs/traces. * Technical validation in non-production environments, support during deployments and maintenance windows. * Proposals for technical and functional optimization. * Updating documentation (manuals, runbooks, procedures). * Compliance with quality and security standards (SCIB, GLUON). **What we expect from you:** * Experience in Level 2 support and BAU (Business As Usual) operations within banking. * Proficiency in Java (8, 11, 17), Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud Stream, J2EE (Struts, Spring MVC, JSP, Servlets). * Knowledge of hybrid and microservices architectures. * Familiarity with corporate tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Dynatrace). * Advanced English and ability to work in international environments. **Location** Hybrid role in Málaga—3 days per week in the office. **Working hours** Standard office hours. **What we offer:** 23 working days of vacation plus December 24th and 31st.
