Job Description Q-Tech is seeking an **IT Project Manager** for a **leading industrial company specializing in electrical energy efficiency**, focused on measurement, control, and optimization solutions for energy consumption, power quality, self-consumption, renewable energies, and smart electric vehicle charging—targeting industrial and corporate environments. Within the **IT Department** and the project development team, the selected candidate will act as a **project coordinator** across both **corporate** (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, E-commerce, etc.) and **industrial** (Planning, Procurement, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, etc.) domains, working with cutting-edge technologies such as ERP (SAP S/4, SAP Business One), CRM, BI, web portals developed in .NET, Vue, and Angular, EDI integrations, and MES platforms, among others. The role focuses on four key areas: * **Business Development**: Identifying opportunities for business process improvement and defining potential enhancements. * **Project Delivery**: Ensuring achievement of project and service objectives in terms of quality, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. * **People Coordination**: Coordinating diverse internal and external stakeholders involved in projects. * **Task Tracking**: Monitoring delivery and task completion, promoting continuous improvement. Basic Requirements * **Education**: Technical Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field. + Master’s degree or certification in **Project Management (PMP or equivalent)** * **Experience**: + 5+ years managing and coordinating technological projects. + Knowledge of business processes and management tools (ERP, CRM). + Familiarity with PMP methodologies and tools such as **Asana or Jira**. + Technical knowledge: **.NET, JSON, SQL Server, Web Services**. + Experience in industrial environments (desirable). * **Languages**: Native proficiency in Catalan and Spanish; English at minimum **B2 level** (First Certificate or equivalent).
