Job Mission: Responsible for supervising and adjusting the extrusion line to ensure that the product (brick/block) exits with appropriate geometry, moisture content, and compaction before entering the dryer. What type of candidate fits us? We have openings for two types of profiles: If you already have experience: We highly value knowledge of the extrusion process, nozzle adjustment, and vacuum control in brick factories. If you have no experience: We seek a hands-on individual from sectors such as construction, agriculture, or manufacturing, who is eager to learn ceramic machinery operation from scratch. Startup and adjustment of the extruder/extrusion press: Control of vacuum pressure and clay feed. Die management: Replacement, adjustment, and cleaning of dies and molds according to production format. Raw material quality control: Constant verification of material dimensions, clean cutting, and moisture level (clay consistency). Preventive maintenance: Cleaning of the molding area, basic lubrication, and detection of abnormal noises or vibrations in the auger or cutter. Coordination with clay supply zone: Ensuring constant and homogeneous clay supply to the extrusion press. * Minimum 1 year of experience.
