Plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance **Maintenance Manager** ================================ **Location** Araba **Contract Type** Permanent **Start Date** Immediate For our Goiain Plant in Legutio, we are seeking a **Maintenance Manager** to guarantee the proper operation, safety, and availability of the company’s facilities and equipment, leading the area with technical expertise, organizational ability, and a focus on operational efficiency. **Your Responsibilities:** ------------------ * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of facilities, equipment, and machinery. * Ensure asset availability, reliability, and safety. * Lead and organize the maintenance team and work carried out by external companies. * Analyze failures and incidents, defining corrective and improvement actions. * Prepare and monitor the maintenance department budget. * Manage suppliers, maintenance contracts, and critical spare parts. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, occupational health and safety (PRL), and applicable legal requirements. * Propose and implement technical and organizational improvements to optimize costs and efficiency. * Collaborate with other departments on improvement projects, investments, or facility expansions. **Your Profile:** -------------- * Technical education: Engineering degree or Higher Vocational Training related to maintenance, electricity, mechanics, or similar fields. * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in maintenance leadership roles. * Experience managing teams and coordinating external providers. * Solid knowledge of industrial and/or facility maintenance. * Proficiency in office software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Results-oriented, committed to continuous improvement and problem-solving. **In exchange for your commitment, we offer:** -------------------------------------------- A stable project and the opportunity to lead and improve an essential business area. ### **Address** Goiain Industrial Park Padurea 01170 \- Legutio (Gasteiz) ### **Follow us on social media!**
