**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Architecture and design responsibility for Ottopilot (DEUTZ AG GPT) Use of ticketing systems Build/optimize RAG (indexing, retrieval, vector DB) and agent workflows. Integration of SharePoint, SAP documents, manuals, Windream, ticketing systems. Interfaces to ServiceNow/Jira and CTI/hotline; telephony integration. Data protection, access control (Entra ID/Azure AD, OAuth2\) and auditability. **Deployment \& operations:** Kubernetes, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions). Monitoring, logging, performance, hallucination reduction, QA of model responses. Knowledge management \& feedback loops with service teams. Maintenance of these new systems. **PROFILE:** 8\+ years IT experience, several years in AI/LLM/RAG projects. English C1\. Hands\-on experience in RAG design, retrieval pipelines, agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering. Strong Python skills, backend/microservices experience. Experience with Azure (AKS, Storage, Azure OpenAI), Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD. Knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD/OAuth2, monitoring stacks, data integrations (SharePoint/SAP/DB). Experience in LLM QA, human\-in\-the\-loop. **Preferred technologies:** Azure OpenAI. OpenAI. Other LLMs. RAG frameworks. Python (primary). TypeScript/React, Docker/Kubernetes, Seal Secrets, Terraform, Prometheus/Grafana/ELK, PostgreSQL/MySQL, CTI (optionally). SAP integrations. **Nice to have:** ServiceNow/Jira experience.
