If you are motivated to work with cutting-edge technology, solve daily challenges, and become part of a leading company where you can grow professionally, we want to meet you! **What will be your mission?** You will join the team responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the automated silo and warehouse, guaranteeing that the flow of raw materials, packaging, and finished products between production and logistics is efficient, safe, and uninterrupted. This is a dynamic role combining operational tasks with technical responsibilities, working with state-of-the-art automated systems and actively participating in incident resolution and process improvement. Your work will be essential to ensure the entire logistics chain operates at maximum efficiency. **What will your day-to-day look like?** Each day will be different, blending operational, technical, and coordination duties. Your main responsibilities will include: * Monitoring the correct operation of the automated silo and providing support for LGV and Voice Picking systems. * Managing goods receipt and location. * Operating forklift trucks to move materials across various warehouse areas. * Identifying, analyzing, and resolving both IT-related and operational incidents affecting system functionality. * Performing occasional high-altitude tasks as required for interventions in the automated silo. * Managing the supply of raw materials and packaging to production, coordinating requirements with different factory departments. * Monitoring stock levels, conducting inventories, managing discrepancies, blocks, quarantines, and ensuring full material traceability. * Managing movements and incidents in SAP. * Collaborating in the commissioning of new equipment and participating in continuous improvement of logistics processes. **What do we offer?** * Join a leading company with an outstanding team. We seek committed, solution-oriented individuals with an interest in technology and continuous improvement. We especially value candidates with: * Prior experience in industrial, logistics, or automated warehouse environments. * Valid forklift operator license and hands-on forklift experience. * Ability to operate automated systems and industrial machinery. * Proficiency with computer tools; experience with SAP is a plus. * Basic mechanical and/or electrical maintenance knowledge enabling intervention in minor incidents. * Availability to safely perform occasional high-altitude tasks. * Ability to organize work, make decisions, and independently resolve incidents. * Proactive attitude, team orientation, and eagerness to keep learning.
