We are continuously growing and seeking talent to join our team and participate in large-scale projects. **Position: Electrical Site Manager** --------------------------------------- **Project Location:** Villanueva de Gállego (Zaragoza) **Required Experience:** Minimum 5 years **Work Mode:** On-site ### **Job Description** Eosol Group seeks to hire an experienced **Electrical Site Manager** to join our team and play a critical role in an **interesting water treatment project for a data centre** located in Villanueva de Gállego (Zaragoza). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all electrical aspects of the construction work, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Daily **supervision and coordination** of all **electrical** works on site. * Organization, allocation, and management of tasks among internal teams and subcontractors. * Effective coordination among foremen, workers, subcontractors, and other trades involved in project execution. * Comprehensive tracking of **electrical** work progress and strict adherence to the established schedule. * Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest quality standards and in accordance with technical specifications, including verifying correct interpretation of **drawings**. * Control and management of materials and resources on site. * Reporting the status of construction work to project management. * Identification and resolution of technical and operational issues. * Ensuring continuous compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Active participation in the **supervision** of proper installation and commissioning of electrical systems, with special attention to **CPD** (Data Processing Centre) infrastructure. ### **Candidate Requirements:** * Academic qualification in **Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technical Engineering (Electricity specialization)** or equivalent. * Demonstrable experience in **construction projects**, performing duties as a **site manager** or similar role, with a minimum track record of **5 years**. * Prior experience in **large-scale industrial projects**.
