Civil Works Supervisor

From **EIA21**, an industrial engineering company with over 40 years of experience providing services to the sector, we are seeking a **Civil Works Supervisor** to join the comprehensive supervision service for the installation of the new facility at the Placo plant in Quinto (**Zaragoza**) for a period of **12 months.** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control on-site execution of civil works: earthworks, foundations, concrete and steel structures, industrial buildings, drainage systems, roads, external works, and ancillary works. * Verify that work is carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, national and international standards (ACI, ASTM, AWS, ISO, API, among others), and client requirements. * Participate in activity scheduling, physical progress monitoring, daily reporting, and coordination with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation). * Technical university degree or equivalent, sufficiently documented professional experience. * Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial construction and installation. * Minimum 5 years of experience in supervision or coordination of construction projects. * Demonstrable experience in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or similarly complex plants. * Solid knowledge of mechanical installation, equipment, piping, steam, compressed air, PCI, and auxiliary services. * Ability to coordinate interfaces between civil works, structures, electricity, instrumentation, and automation. * Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English for work and reporting; formal language certification is not required. * Availability to start in October 2026, with continuous on-site presence and full-time dedication. * Knowledge and experience in coordinating high-risk activities; experience in ATEX and steam testing will be valued.
