Workshop Manager

**Job Description** At Veolia, we are looking to hire a Workshop Manager reporting to the Maintenance Manager for our workplace CTC Servicios Ambientales. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate maintenance personnel (electrical, mechanical, and painting) * Participate in designing preventive maintenance plans for equipment, tools, and machinery to minimize equipment failures. * Execute and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance. * Train, supervise, and instruct new employees joining the team. * Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental protection. * Verify compliance with internal procedures and current regulations. * Coordinate and participate in the assembly of new machines and installations. * Manage spare parts and tools inventory. Estimate time and materials required for planned maintenance activities. * Maintain repair and maintenance records. * Control workshop costs and budgets. * Implement improvements in processes and procedures.
