At Capgemini Engineering, we are recruiting Functional Testers to join our projects based in Madrid. What will you do on the project? * Software Testing Management: Design, planning and execution of functional and non-functional tests for software projects, covering integration, system and acceptance testing. Creation of test cases, acceptance criteria and evidence management. * Test Design and Test Execution: Development of detailed test plans based on requirements and technical designs; controlled execution of tests; reporting of defects with a traceability-oriented approach. * Test Automation: Development and maintenance of automation scripts in Python or JavaScript; configuration of test environments; updating automated test suites; and support for integration into CI/CD pipelines. * Performance Testing: Design and execution of load, stress and stability tests, including performance metric analysis and improvement recommendations. * Validation in Controlled Environments: Testing on integration platforms and laboratories to verify correct SW component interaction. Your Profile: * 2–5 years’ experience in functional testing. * Experience in designing and executing test plans and test cases. * Basic scripting (Python, Bash, YAML, Go or C++), and Linux. * ISTQB Foundation certification. * English: Intermediate–Advanced. * Basic knowledge of test automation (desirable).
