Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive individual to optimize warehouse operations in Albacete, maintaining order, efficiency, and inventory control while improving logistics processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage order reception, shipping, and detailed order preparation. 2. Monitor inventory and propose improvements to logistics processes. 3. Ongoing training to enhance skills in logistics and warehouse operations. We seek a candidate to join our logistics team with the goal of ensuring proper management and optimization of daily warehouse operations in Albacete. The primary role will be to maintain order and efficiency across all storage areas, ensuring products are well-organized and easily locatable. This includes both goods receipt and dispatch, ensuring all steps are performed accurately and on time. Responsibilities will include detailed order preparation, verifying that each item matches the outbound order and that packaging is appropriate for transportation. Loading and unloading of vehicles will also be managed, handling packages carefully to prevent damage and maximizing space utilization. A critical component will be comprehensive inventory control, maintaining up-to-date stock records and contributing ideas to improve logistics processes and increase overall productivity. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt will be highly valued.
