If you are motivated by close support, autonomy, and a robust training plan, this role is a great fit for you. **Terms** * Permanent contract * Work location: Ferrol (Galicia) – 100% on-site * Working hours: Mon–Thu: 2 days 8:00–18:00 (including lunch) \+ 2 days 8:00–15:00\. Fri: 8:00–15:00 * Salary: €20,500 fixed \+ €2,000 annual incentive **Responsibilities** * Providing first-level IT support to end users. * Installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment (PCs, laptops, peripherals). * Preparing and deploying corporate system images. * Diagnosing, resolving, and documenting hardware/software incidents. * Remote support in Microsoft environments. * Managing tickets in ITSM tools. * Preventive/corrective maintenance of the IT asset base. * Collaborating with other teams and identifying complex incidents. * Adhering to internal procedures and ITIL best practices. **Mandatory Requirements** * Intermediate Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) in IT. * 3 years’ experience in first-level IT support. * Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11. * Hardware/software installation, image preparation, repair, and diagnostics. * Familiarity with mobile devices (tablets, smartphones). * Experience providing user-level support in Microsoft environments. **Desirable Qualifications** * Proficiency with ITSM tools (e.g., EasyVista, Jira…). * Knowledge of ITIL. **What We Offer?** * Vacation days: 23 working days per collective agreement \+ 1 extended day \+ 1 additional day for your birthday * Flexible compensation: available to new employees.
