We seek a professional with proven experience in demanding industrial environments who wishes to assume full responsibility for the quality function—ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction within a highly regulated environment aligned with international standards. ### **Job Mission** Ensure that products and processes comply with customer specifications, applicable legal requirements, and current certifications (e.g., ISO, BRC, etc.), guaranteeing full traceability, control of the production process, and final product quality, while promoting a company-wide quality culture. ### **Key Responsibilities** **Regulatory Compliance and Management Systems** * Implement, maintain, and improve management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC Packaging, or other applicable certifications). * Ensure compliance with local legal regulations regarding quality, safety, and environmental matters. * Guarantee that processes and products meet the standards required by customers and certification bodies. **Quality Control and Process Assurance** * Ensure full product traceability. * Supervise production process control and adherence to technical specifications. * Define, analyze, and monitor quality KPIs through data-based reporting. **Audits and Continuous Improvement** * Lead internal and external audits (system, process, and product audits). * Manage non-conformities, customer complaints, and internal grievances. * Drive root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action plans. * Conduct risk assessments and track improvement plans. **Culture and Leadership** * Promote a quality mindset across all departments. * Drive training and competency development in standards and best practices. * Foster interdepartmental collaboration to ensure operational excellence. ### **Requirements** * University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Technology, or related field. * Proven experience in quality management within industrial environments. * Demonstrable experience implementing and maintaining ISO standards (9001, 14001) and BRC or other relevant certifications. * Solid knowledge of legal, environmental, and safety regulations applicable to production environments. * Experience in audits, risk assessment, and KPI management. * Technical-level English proficiency. ##### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in highly regulated industrial sectors. * Additional training in continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). * Experience managing teams. ### **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a stable, well-established industrial company with long-term vision. * A strategic and cross-functional role with direct impact on customers and business. * Autonomy and real capacity for improvement and implementation. * Professional environment oriented toward operational excellence. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience.
