If you seek growth in an international, innovative, and continuously evolving environment, ALIANDO is the place for you. **What profile are we looking for?** We are seeking a SQL Server DBA with experience in administering Microsoft SQL Server databases and participating in database migration and modernization projects toward Cloud environments. The selected candidate will collaborate with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Development teams to ensure data platform availability, performance, and security, while also participating in technology transformation initiatives and database migrations. Some of your **main responsibilities** will include: * Administration, maintenance, and monitoring of Microsoft SQL Server databases. * Performance optimization through query analysis, indexing, and execution plan review. * Management of backups, restores, and disaster recovery plans. * Design and implementation of high-availability and business continuity strategies. * Planning and execution of SQL Server database migration projects to Cloud platforms. * Evaluation and modernization of database architectures. * Incident resolution and performance issue analysis. * Automation of administrative and maintenance tasks. * Collaboration with development teams to optimize queries and data models. * Creation of technical documentation and application of best practices in database administration. **Minimum requirements** * Proven experience as a Microsoft SQL Server DBA. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server. * Experience in SQL Server migration projects to Cloud environments. * Knowledge of database migration, modernization, and optimization strategies. * Ability to perform complex incident analysis. * Sufficient English proficiency to participate in international projects. **Preferred qualifications** * Microsoft certifications related to SQL Server or databases. * Experience with database migration tools. * PowerShell knowledge for automation. * Familiarity with other database engines (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL). * Experience in data platform transformation and modernization projects. * **What we offer:** * Indefinite-term contract directly with our company * Compensation package: Base salary \+ performance-based variable.
