Through this opportunity, you can assume the role of **Technical Lead Java** for one of the most important clients in the **textile sector**. **What will be your mission?** You will technically lead the Backend development team, ensuring best practices and code quality. You will actively participate in development, maintaining a hands\-on role in programming and code reviews. You will participate in supervising the microservices- and hexagonal-based architecture. You will collaborate in requirements gathering and defining technical solutions aligned with business needs. You will supervise continuous integration and cloud environment deployments. You will foster a collaborative, learning-oriented, and continuously improving environment, driving technical excellence within the team. **To be a match...** Proven experience developing in Java (latest versions), Spring, and Spring Boot. Experience in a technical lead role. Experience working with hexagonal architecture and microservices. Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure Arc. Desirable experience or knowledge of Azure Cosmos DB, DB2, and Redis. Testing: JUnit, Mockito, TestContainers. Experience with monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana).
