




Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer for our technical department responsible for preparing documentation and bids for public works tender competitions, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of documentation for public works tender competitions. 2. Active participation in significant civil engineering projects. 3. Interaction with clients and the working team. We require an engineering professional to join our technical department. The primary responsibility will be the meticulous preparation of all documentation required to participate in public works tender competitions. This includes detailed analysis of engineering projects, preparation of accurate budgets, and temporal planning of construction execution. In addition to ensuring strict compliance with all requirements specified in tender documents, you will be responsible for the final submission of bids, ensuring clarity and a professional appearance. Your ability to maintain fluent and consistent communication with both our clients and the working team will be essential. Your responsibility for monitoring deadlines will be crucial to ensure timely submission of all proposals. This temporary position offers the opportunity to actively participate in significant projects within the civil engineering and construction sector in Valencia. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in preparing technical documentation for tenders is required, preferably gained in construction companies, engineering firms or consulting firms. A university degree in Civil Engineering, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is mandatory; specialization in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports) is particularly valued. Candidates with backgrounds in Public Works Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or Industrial Engineering will also be considered. Native or advanced proficiency in Spanish is essential. Expert-level proficiency in Presto and AutoCAD is mandatory, as is advanced proficiency in MS Project and the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of public procurement regulations and technical writing skills are desirable.
