We seek to incorporate a **LABOR ADVISOR** into our professional team across any of our three offices (VALLADOLID, LEÓN, and BURGOS) to advise and guide companies and self-employed individuals on all labor-related matters, optimize their resources through effective and efficient process management, and deliver the level of commitment and professionalism required by clients/companies to achieve their defined objectives — while maintaining respectful communication at all times and consistently developing customized solutions tailored to each client/company. **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Full payroll cycle management (inputting incidents, calculating IRPF and payroll, verifications, payments, and closing) * Drafting employment contracts; related documentation and termination settlements * Managing loans, advances, and judicial garnishments * Preparing monthly reports * Preparing and filing tax forms (111, 190, 216…) * Reporting remuneration concepts * Managing Social Security contributions and affiliations (Siltra, Sistema Red) * Client support and service * Advising clients/companies **Conditions:** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07.30/8.00 to 15:30/16.00 h * Work Modality: On-site work with two optional remote working days per week * Salary: To be determined based on selected candidate profile (€24,000–€28,000 Gross per Year) * Location: Any of our offices located in Valladolid, León, or Burgos * Start Date: September 2025 We seek a solution-oriented, client-focused, organized individual who wishes to join a company committed to professional development, continuous training, a positive work environment, work-life balance, and team motivation.
