We are looking to incorporate **A HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNICIAN** into our professional team at our VALLADOLID office. The **RESPONSIBILITIES** include: * Supporting Personnel Administration (working hours registration, leave requests, documentation, etc.). * Assisting in the development of Equality Plans for our client portfolio. * Supporting internal HR department functions. * Assisting in labor-related matters (employment contracts, Delt@, Contrat@, Siltr@, etc.). The **REQUIREMENTS** are: * Vocational Training (FP) in Administration/Labor Affairs // Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/Labor Affairs/Psychology/HR or related field. * Intermediate-level office software skills. * Desirable: Training in human resources. * Desirable: Experience with Equality Plans. The **CONDITIONS** of the position are: * Permanent contract. * Immediate start. * Full-time schedule (40 hours/week). * Winter schedule: 07:30–15:30 (Mon–Fri) // Summer schedule: 08:00–15:00 (Mon–Fri, from 01/06\-30/09\). * Salary: €20,000\-€24,000 gross/year. * Work modality: On-site, with two optional remote workdays per week (to be chosen freely by the employee).
