MAINOS PHYSIOTHERAPY · MORATALAZ, MADRID We are seeking a physiotherapist (start date: September\-October 2026\) Full-time · Indefinite contract · Pediatric orientation is valued Who we are A growing physiotherapy and therapeutic Pilates clinic in Moratalaz (\+30 % annual growth), staffed by a specialized team: pelvic floor and women's health, invasive and ultrasound-guided physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, and shockwave therapy. We conduct 60-minute sessions — real time to deliver thorough treatment — and maintain a stable local patient base who return regularly and refer others. 101 Google reviews with a 4.9-star rating. What we seek * Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and current professional registration. * Strong generalist profile: orthopedics, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise. You will begin with a fully booked schedule from day one. * Pediatric physiotherapy training or interest is especially valued: we have active demand in this area and aim to relaunch it with the right candidate. * Additional assets: ultrasound imaging, invasive techniques, experience leading group classes. What we offer: * Full-time indefinite contract, working 34 hours per week: your actual weekly schedule is 32 hours \+ one Saturday per month. You receive full-time pay; the remaining hours up to the contractual 37.5 hours constitute a non-presential reserve pool activated only to cover colleagues’ vacations or absences. * 60-minute sessions. No 30-minute slots or overlapping patients: here, patients are treated properly — not rushed through. * Fixed annual gross salary of €22,100 (€1,842/month in 12 installments, with prorated extra payments), above collective agreement standards, \+ transparent, written productivity-based incentives: once a reasonable session volume is reached, each additional session is compensated at progressively increasing rates. Our physiotherapists receive these incentives monthly and know precisely how they are calculated. * Team bonus linked to the clinic’s monthly revenue: when the clinic performs well, bonuses are distributed. * Written career development plan: monthly specialization allowance upon consolidation in your specialty area, annual salary review, and support for continuous training (e.g., colleagues currently undergoing ultrasound-guided therapy and lymphatic drainage training, supported by the clinic). * Marketing that fills your schedule: active Google Ads campaigns by specialty and internal referrals from a multidisciplinary team. You won’t start from scratch. * A small, professional team with close clinical leadership (the owner is a practicing physiotherapist who sees patients) and individual development meetings every quarter.
