We are seeking a Senior AI Algorithm Development Engineer to lead the design, development, and industrialization of advanced Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision solutions, participating across the full model lifecycle—from research and experimentation to production deployment. What will you do? Design and lead the development of scalable Computer Vision pipelines. Develop, train, validate, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. Ensure quality, robustness, efficiency, and scalability of developed solutions. Participate in defining architectures and making key technical decisions. Adapt and optimize models for new domains, use cases, and business needs. Design, maintain, and evolve reusable components and internal libraries for computer vision projects. Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying computer vision solutions in production environments. **Proficiency in Deep Learning frameworks:** PyTorch TensorFlow Equivalent frameworks **Solid knowledge of:** Machine Learning and Deep Learning. Image processing and analysis. Software development. Model optimization and evaluation. MLOps and the complete model lifecycle. Sound software engineering practices.
