Since 2017, we have been building Europe’s largest direct-to-consumer organic product network, connecting farmers and consumers without intermediaries. In France, our network builds on over a decade of experience in short supply chains and local consumption communities. The next chapter is acceleration—and we’re looking for the person to lead it, based in Madrid or Paris. **What will be on your plate** La Ruche qui dit Oui!’s French network is established—but there’s work ahead: new Beehives to launch, managers to support, performance to improve, and the network to grow sustainably. You’ll be responsible for both expanding and animating the network—two distinct yet deeply interconnected missions. **Expansion (40%)**: You’ll identify project leaders and local venues to take over or launch new Beehives. You’ll screen applications, train selected candidates, and support them through full integration into the network. **Animation (60%)**: You’ll serve as the primary contact for Beehive Managers and Producers. You’ll analyze network performance—pricing, catalogs, sales—and propose concrete corrective actions. You’ll help optimize sales and distribution across the network, monitor inactive or underperforming Beehives to prevent closures, and roll out initiatives developed jointly with various departments: newsletters, webinars, video conferences, FAQs, thematic sales campaigns, and training on new tools. This is not a back-office role. It involves analysis, rigor, and reporting—as well as extensive relationship-building, fieldwork, and conviction. **Who you are** You understand commerce—and ideally, food distribution. You have experience supporting project leaders, coaching, or animating networks—you know what it takes to upskill diverse stakeholders. You’re organized, autonomous, and results-oriented. You can manage a portfolio of relationships in parallel without losing track. And you possess strong interpersonal skills: you know how to persuade, engage, and, when needed, de-escalate.
