**I AM LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO IS EAGER TO LEARN MECHANICS AND WORK** I am seeking a person for **Carvi Workshops**, located in Torrejón de Ardoz, who is eager to learn the trade of mechanic and committed to working. I do not require many years of experience. However, I do require someone who is **motivated, hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn**. The candidate must possess basic mechanical knowledge, know how to use tools, and, above all, have a genuine interest in learning and improving every day. It is also necessary to hold a **Class B driver's license and be a proficient driver**, as the candidate will occasionally accompany me to inspect machinery, vehicles, and on-site jobs. I am looking for someone who has no issue waking up early, putting in extra hours when needed, getting their hands dirty, and truly working. Initially, for me, it is more important that the candidate is **eager to learn a trade** than that they seek high earnings from day one. If the candidate demonstrates competence, diligence, and a willingness to learn, **they will have career growth opportunities and can advance within Carvi Workshops**. I want to teach someone this trade and, over time, help them become a skilled mechanic.
