Development of curriculum and assessments **Number of Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agriculture, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Training Technician \- for the "Warehouse Assistant" training course in Málaga. **Work Location** -------------------- * Málaga **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Achieve course objectives: Perform auxiliary warehouse operations—including goods receipt, deconsolidation, basic stock location, order preparation, and loading/unloading—either independently or as part of a team, under supervision of a responsible person, following instructions received and applying appropriate procedures and equipment, while ensuring productivity and compliance with occupational health, safety, and risk prevention regulations. * Non-labor vocational training: Actively identify companies where trainees can complete the practical component (100 hours) of the training program, followed by tutoring of those trainees during their internship period. * Deliver a report outlining the training objectives, content, outcomes, and evaluation criteria established for successful completion of this training activity. * Specific training (75 hours). Curriculum must comprehensively cover the following topics: \- Auxiliary warehousing operations. \- Order preparation. \- Load handling using forklift trucks. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated either through assessment tests and/or by attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the selection process documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to request additional details from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), FP I or CFGM, FP II or CFGS qualification (officially recognized in Spain or accompanied by an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or have at least six months of documented professional or academic experience performing duties related to this position. ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum six months of documented teaching experience (to be evidenced via CV and employment record submitted with the application). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license and personal vehicle (to be attached during registration). **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Accredited training in logistics, distribution, and warehousing (documentary proof required upon application submission). ### **Prior Experience** * Six months to three years of experience delivering training in auxiliary warehousing operations, order preparation, forklift operation, internship tutoring, and curriculum/assessment development (evidence required via employment record and inclusion in CV). * Six months to three years of experience in rural development training projects (evidence required via employment record or functional certificate, plus inclusion in CV). **Remarks** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, linked to implementation of the assignment detailed in this announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, or funded by European Union resources. + Full-time schedule.
