Job Summary: Supervise and manage the packaging process on the production line, ensuring proper machinery operation, product quality, and basic maintenance, along with warehouse goods organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the entire packaging process and supervise machinery 2. Ensure final product quality and attention to detail 3. Perform basic maintenance and organize goods In this position in Estepona, you will be responsible for managing the entire packaging process on the production line. Your primary duties will include supervising machinery to ensure correct operation and that no materials are missing, guaranteeing that each product is properly labeled and ready for dispatch. It is essential to continuously inspect the final product quality to meet expectations, always paying close attention to details from start to final packaging. In addition to preparing products, you will carry out basic maintenance tasks to prevent assembly line stoppages. You will also be responsible for safely organizing and palletizing goods in the warehouse. This is a full-time temporary contract where adaptability and teamwork are key requirements. Compulsory Secondary Education, minimum 2 years of prior experience, immediate availability, and residence in the area.
