**Responsibilities and Tasks**
----------------------
* Support coordination and organization of archival work and administrative management of documentation and water resource utilization files.
* Support coordination and organization of work with digitalization technicians on water utilization files.
* Data entry of documentation and file information into software applications.
* Document generation.
* Preparation of shipments, filing, handling, and transportation of documentation.
* Scanning and digitization of documentation.
* Document management.

### **Education**
#### **Qualification**
* You hold a Spanish FP II or Higher Vocational Training Cycle qualification in the administrative field (qualification officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or have experience (under employment or academic contract) as an administrative officer (minimum 6 months)

#### **Additional Training**
* Certified training and/or experience in using office tools (Microsoft Word, LibreOffice Writer, LibreOffice Calc) (Such training must be documented upon application submission).
* Certified training of at least 2000 hours in the administrative specialty (Such training must be documented upon application submission).
### **Prior Experience**
* From 1 day up to 3 years of experience drafting documents, official letters, interdepartmental communications, and similar (Such training must be documented upon application submission).
* From 1 day up to 3 years of experience in tasks related to digitization and management of administrative files concerning water resource utilization (Such training must be documented upon application submission).
### **Other Meritorious Factors**
* Certified training or experience in administrative procedures (Law 39/2015\) (Such training must be documented upon application submission).
* Certified training in document management: incoming/outgoing documents and archiving (Such training must be documented upon application submission).
* Certified training or experience in database usage (Such training must be documented upon application submission).
* Certified advanced-level Excel training (Such training must be documented upon application submission).
**Observations**

* Offer includes:
+ Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 11 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds.
+ Full-time working schedule.
