




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR intern to support personnel administration, labor management, and internal processes in the hospitality sector. Key Highlights: 1. Cross-departmental collaboration with other departments. **Main Responsibilities** Provide administrative and labor management support to the Human Resources Department on a daily basis. Manage and update employee data in internal systems, ensuring information quality and confidentiality. Support employee document management (contracts, annexes, communications, digital and physical archiving). Collaborate in onboarding, offboarding, and contractual modification processes. Support payroll incident monitoring and coordination with the personnel administration team. Support internal departmental process management (time tracking, vacations, employment documentation, etc.). Cross-departmental collaboration with other departments on administrative and operational matters related to the People function. Actively participate in learning HR processes and the company’s overall operations. **Internship Objective** Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Human Resources function—particularly in personnel administration and labor management—while developing technical, analytical, and organizational skills within a dynamic environment in the hospitality sector. **Required Profile** Education in Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management. Ability to formalize an internship agreement with an academic institution. Intermediate Excel proficiency (tables, filters, and basic functions). HR management tools knowledge or interest is desirable. Intermediate English level (reading and comprehension).
