Proposal of improvement and rehabilitation projects **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Architect or Technical Architect or Technical Engineer or Industrial Engineer to provide technical support and follow-up in the management of Timanfaya National Park in Lanzarote. **Work Location** -------------------- * Lanzarote **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Study and analysis of the condition of existing facilities, infrastructure, and equipment within the Park. * Review and updating of original project documents, drawings, component lists, etc. * Review of signage and health and safety procedures for various equipment. * Review and updating of legal, heritage, licensing, and other administrative authorizations required for their use and proper operation. * Management, supervision, and monitoring of necessary technical and legal reviews for the proper operation of infrastructure and facilities. * Technical supervision of improvement and maintenance works on infrastructure and facilities. * Feasibility reports and progress monitoring of works proposed by third parties concerning park infrastructure and facilities. * Development of maintenance protocols and procedures. * Proposals for improvement, renovation, and rehabilitation projects concerning elements, buildings, electrical installations, sanitation systems, fire protection systems, public-use equipment, accessibility, etc. * Coordination of all actions with the Park’s environmental management system. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire.
