Main responsibilities within the Labor Department include: \-Employee onboarding and offboarding in the company’s various IT platforms. \-Document management for employees related to occupational risk prevention and data protection (risk assessments, safety plans, certificates, medical examinations, EPI control, CAE, etc.). \-Document management and tracking of holidays, leave requests, sick leaves, work-related accidents, etc. \-Coordination between the recruitment agency and the labor outsourcing firm (employment contracts, contract amendments, wage garnishments, sick leaves). \-Preparation of payroll documentation and review of labor costs. \-Support during safety audits and inspections. \-Updating databases and records. \-Departmental support in other areas: \-Basic accounting, document archiving, invoicing, cash register control. All these tasks will be performed autonomously and independently, under the supervision of the department head. * Minimum 2 years’ experience.
