We are looking for responsible individuals to provide **individualized support to residents regarding personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and to promote their autonomy, emotional well-being, and active participation** at the **El Pilar Center**, located in **Vencillón**. This person will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. **Responsibilities** * Monitor and assist with daily living activities: personal hygiene, healthy eating, participation (where applicable) in clothing selection and garment care. Supervise daily medication intake and maintain records. * Provide timely assistance within cohabitation groups during walking, transfers, and mobilization. * Promote habits that strengthen personal autonomy: implement therapeutic interventions, educational and training activities (courses, reading, writing, drawing, crafts, etc.). Collaborate in developing and monitoring autonomy plans and life projects. * Provide emotional and relational support, mediate conflicts, and guide positive redirection (e.g., assertive language, effective communication), building bonds of trust and respect. * Organize leisure activities, workshops, outings, and other social or community-based initiatives, ensuring a safe, inclusive environment and promoting well-being. * Encourage active participation in decisions affecting daily life and adherence to agreed-upon guidelines within the cohabitation group. * Conduct daily assessment, monitoring, analysis, and documentation of individuals’ progress to guarantee quality care. * Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team (weekly meetings and ongoing follow-up) **Educational and Professional Requirements** * Vocational Training Certificate Level 2 (CFGM) in Care for Dependent People or equivalent qualification in Socio-Healthcare Support. * Vocational Training Certificate Level 2 (CFGM) in Nursing Assistant Care. * Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare Support for Dependent Persons or Social Institutions. * Vocational Training Certificate Level 3 (CFGS) in Social Integration. * Specific training in: Positive Behavioral Support (PBS), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and intellectual disability will be valued. **Interpersonal Skills and Competencies** * Empathy, social sensitivity, and commitment. * Adaptability to change and to the diverse needs of individuals. * Assertive communication and active listening skills. * Respectful attitude, confidentiality, and ethics. * Ability to work collaboratively and share responsibility. * Responsibility, initiative, and autonomy. * Emotional regulation, self-control, tolerance, and ability to resolve complex situations. **Employment Conditions and Working Hours** * **Contract Type:** Permanent contract * **Remuneration:** €19,500.00 gross annual salary (excluding holiday bonuses, weekend supplements, or other additional payments). * **Working Hours:** Full-time (37 hours/week) or 7 hours and 40 minutes per day. * **Schedule:** Rotating shifts alternating mornings and evenings.
