Everything happening in the Cloud motivates us. We live and breathe a complex technological world, where we create a space to design, integrate, and manage solutions that help our customers achieve their goals. We adopt a model that defines us—based on analytical capability, proactivity, and results orientation. **What will your day-to-day be like?** Your mission will be to ensure and evolve our cloud service deployment and operations platform, with particular focus on Kubernetes and automation of the software lifecycle. You will work on designing, building, and improving CI/CD pipelines; standardizing environments; and implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to guarantee reproducible, secure, and efficient deployments. Additionally, you will participate in platform operations and troubleshooting (including systems, networking, and observability), identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and hardening. You will engage with various multidisciplinary teams (development, security, and operations) to coordinate and execute integrated activities within your responsibilities, promoting DevOps best practices and continuous high-quality delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Definition and maintenance of distinct environments (development, integration, pre-production, and production), ensuring availability, consistency, traceability, and appropriate segregation—aligned with functional and non-functional requirements. * Implementation and continuous improvement of CI/CD for services: build, test, scanning, deployment, and rollback pipelines; promoting automated, reproducible, and secure deployments (including strategies such as blue/green, canary, or rolling, as applicable). * Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and GitOps: development and maintenance of templates/modules (Terraform/CloudFormation), Helm charts, and GitOps workflows (Argo CD/Flux/GitLab CI-CD) to standardize infrastructure and application delivery. * Design and development of proprietary artifacts and microcontainers to perform infrastructure and operational tasks (Docker + Python or ShellScript). Automation of certain Level 1 delegated processes. * Platform operations and support: advanced troubleshooting (Kubernetes, networking, Linux/systems, DNS/TLS, load balancing, storage), incident analysis, and coordination with development/operations teams to restore service and prevent recurrence. * Platform observability and reliability: implementation and maintenance of metrics, logs, and traces (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/Datadog or similar), design of actionable alerts, dashboards, and operational runbooks to improve response capability. * Cloud and Kubernetes cost and efficiency optimization: right-sizing, autoscaling (HPA/VPA/Cluster Autoscaler), resource request/limit policies, consumption review, recommendations, and automations to maintain controlled costs without compromising service quality. * Security in the pipeline and platform (DevSecOps): integration of security controls into CI/CD (SAST/SCA, image scanning, policy-as-code), cluster and deployment hardening, and secret management (Vault/KMS/Secrets Manager, etc.). * Vulnerability management across container images, dependencies, and platform components—ensuring identification, prioritization, and remediation in collaboration with responsible teams, maintaining traceability and evidence where applicable. * Cross-functional collaboration with CISO/Security and architecture teams to support compliance with corporate best practices and frameworks (e.g., ENS/ISO27001, where applicable to the product), especially regarding technical controls, audits, and operational evidence. **And for this, we believe it would be ideal if you had…** **Experience** * 3 years of experience in: + 3+ years in DevOps / Platform Engineer / Cloud Engineer roles, with at least 2–3 years operating Kubernetes/Cloud in production. + Experience collaborating with development teams in CI/CD models and frequent deployments (release management, environments, traceability). + Operational experience: on-call duties, incident resolution, and continuous improvement (postmortems, automation, process industrialization). + Ability to standardize (templates, golden paths, documentation, runbooks) and sustainably enhance the platform without disrupting teams or products. **Education** Required: * Degree in Computer Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in Information Systems Administration (ASIR) Desirable: * Certifications * Public Cloud Certifications * AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional * AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional * Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) * Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) Recommended: * ITIL Certification * Agile Certification * Terraform Associate 003 Certification * **Technical Knowledge** + GitOps: Argo CD or Flux. + Programming: IaC (Terraform and Ansible), Dockerfile, Python, ShellScript, and PowerShell. + Helm, Charts, Helm repositories, etc. + Service mesh (Istio/Linkerd), API gateways, advanced ingress controllers. + Security tools: Trivy, SonarQube, Aqua/Prisma/Sysdig, etc. + Experience with Kubernetes policies. + Knowledge of FinOps (cloud + Kubernetes cost optimization). **To perform this role, the skills that would best align with the team and project are:** Organizational skills and agile problem-solving capabilities when addressing issues or incidents. Teamwork ability in a collaborative environment. Adaptability to a continuously evolving work environment. Curiosity and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. **LANGUAGES** * Required: English **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Work-life balance measures and flexible working hours. * Continuous training and certification opportunities. * Hybrid remote work model. * Attractive social benefits package. * Excellent dynamic and multidisciplinary work environment. * Volunteering programs. **#WeAreDiverse #WePromoteEquality** We firmly believe diverse and inclusive teams are more innovative, transformative, and deliver better outcomes. Therefore, we promote and guarantee inclusion for all individuals regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation or identity, culture, disability, or any other condition. We want to meet you!
