Keep reading! **RESPONSIBILITIES** We seek to onboard a proactive and motivated individual to join our department, performing the following duties under the supervision of area managers: * **Posting job offers** on employment portals. * Attracting COMMERCIAL talent * **Resume screening**, **searching and selecting** commercial profiles for booths (nationwide) * **Telephone**, online, and in-person interviews. * **Managing** candidate databases. * Collaboration and coordination with involved departments. * Preparing and tracking **internal corporate activities** * Attending **job fairs** * Collaborating with educational institutions.
