We are looking for a person with a **technical profile, negotiation ability, and results orientation**, who wishes to grow within a dynamic environment and contribute to optimizing installation procurement across our residential projects. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- Manage procurement and contracting processes for installations across the company’s various developments, ensuring optimal quality, delivery timelines, and cost conditions, as well as compliance with established technical and legal requirements. You will work cross-functionally with **Projects, Production, Site Managers, Technical Directors, and specialized suppliers**. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** ------------------------------- * Request quotations and conduct technical\-economic comparisons for installation contracting. * Manage and monitor the portfolio of specialized suppliers. * Expand and develop the network of suppliers serving our various developments. * Analyze projects and assess alternatives enabling optimization of solutions from both technical and economic perspectives. * Negotiate contracting terms with suppliers, installers, and subcontractors. * Collaborate with Projects and Production teams in defining and contracting installation packages. * Provide technical support during the procurement and construction execution process. * Monitor contracts, deadlines, financial terms, and guarantees. * Ensure suppliers’ and subcontractors’ compliance with documentary obligations, in accordance with current regulations governing subcontracting in the construction sector, specifically within the scope of installations. * Propose improvements and alternatives contributing to cost and process optimization while maintaining the company’s quality standards. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ * Technical education related to installations, construction, engineering, technical architecture, or similar fields. * Experience in procurement, contracting, or management of installations in construction projects. * Technical knowledge of installations: electricity, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection systems (PCI), telecommunications, or similar. * Analytical, negotiation, and planning capabilities. * Proficiency in economic comparisons and bid evaluation. * Organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. **What do we offer?** ---------------------- * Join a solid, growing company and a reference in the residential real estate sector. * Participation in large-scale residential projects. * A role with direct impact on project quality, efficiency, and profitability. * Professional development and continuous training. * Competitive salary, variable compensation, and a flexible remuneration plan. * Additional benefits under our Employee Value Plan. * Location at our **Corporate Headquarters in Torrevieja, Alicante**.
