Therefore, we are launching the **Junior Site Manager** program — a training initiative jointly organized with the **Escuela Politécnica Superior of the University of Alicante**, designed to train future professionals who will lead tomorrow’s construction projects. **What are we looking for?** We seek students, recent graduates, and young professionals with a vocation for the construction sector who wish to build their professional careers in construction management and supervision. The program targets: * Recent graduates in **Technical Architecture / Building Engineering**; and students in **Technical Architecture** pending completion of their Final Year Project (TFG). * Junior Technical Architects with up to 3 years of experience, interested in expanding their knowledge and experience to assume the role of Site Manager. **What does the program entail?** Training combines theoretical reinforcement at the University of Alicante (UA) and hands-on professional experience across all departments of TM Grupo Inmobiliario. **Format and location:** * In-person and online * University of Alicante * **Pre-enrollment:** from September 1 to October 11, 2026\. * **Enrollment:** from October 12 to October 21, 2026\. * **Program start date:** October 23, 2026\. * **Program end date:** February 12, 2027\. **What do we offer?** Full (100%) tuition subsidy and financial support from the company Job offers upon program completion for top-performing participants.
