Real opportunities for career progression and continuous training **WeMoveWise is recruiting Pastry Cooks (Pastry Cook) for an international leader in hospitality and leisure to create memorable sweet experiences in premium resorts in France and Italy.** **Your Environment** Premium All-Inclusive mountain resorts featuring multiple dining venues: high-end buffets, plated-service restaurants, bistronomic concepts, live cooking stations, and special events. An international setting where pastry technique, precision, and creativity make the difference. **Your Responsibilities** * Daily production of pastries and desserts according to resort standards * Preparation and replenishment of large-volume buffets (600–1,000 covers per service) * Support for plated-service restaurants and bistronomic outlets * Participation in live cooking demonstrations and gastronomic events * Strict application of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) * Organization and cleaning of your workstation * Collaboration with the kitchen team and mentoring of junior staff **You Are** * A Pastry Cook with at least 2 years of professional culinary experience * Rigorous regarding processes, timing, and quality standards * Capable of handling high volumes without compromising precision * Autonomous, well-organized, and able to maintain a steady production pace * French or English language proficiency is not mandatory, but basic comprehension for daily tasks is required * Positive attitude, strong team spirit, and customer orientation What We Offer * Seasonal employment contract * Accommodation included within the resort * Meals included * Travel expenses covered * Work in exceptional destinations (mountain regions) * International and multicultural teams * Continuous training and real opportunities for career progression * International experience valued on your CV **Location** Peisey Vallandry – Serre Chevalier (France) Pragelato (Italy) **Start Date** Immediate Join us to dazzle on the plate and create unique experiences!
