This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, organization, and effective communication with internal teams and customers. Main Responsibilities * Experience in software deployment and updates. * Ability to execute application installation, update, and maintenance plans in production and testing environments, ensuring minimal service disruption. * Knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Desktop. * Proficiency in administration, configuration, troubleshooting, services, users, permissions, and tasks related to stability and security in Microsoft environments. * Technical competence in SQL Server. * Ability to administer databases, execute scripts, validate data integrity, and manage tasks related to backups/restores and connectivity. * Focus on incident diagnosis and resolution. * Capability to analyze issues related to installation, compatibility, connectivity, or performance, identify root causes, and implement efficient solutions. * Effective communication and interaction with internal/external customers. * Ability to coordinate with development, support, and end-customer teams; document processes; and report progress or incidents clearly and systematically. **Requirements** Key Skills * Organization and ability to manage multiple simultaneous deployments. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation. * Teamwork and coordination with technical departments. * Proactivity and attention to detail. * Clear and effective written and verbal communication. **Additional Information** We offer: * Permanent contract * Full-time schedule Monday to Friday: 08:30\-18:00h * Immediate start
