The selected candidate will be responsible for **certifying application performance prior to production release**, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure software quality throughout its entire lifecycle. Hybrid modality (1 day on-site, location: Tres Cantos, northern Madrid). The role combines **functional and performance testing, test automation, and application monitoring**, contributing to improved stability, scalability, and quality of solutions. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **performance certification of changes before production release**, including stress, load, and stability testing. * Design and execute **performance tests and continuous testing** (regression, API, security, etc.). * Define **test automation strategies** and develop automated scripts. * Automate performance tests using **NeoLoad.** * Conduct **application performance monitoring with Dynatrace.** * Analyze test results and generate **reports and recommendations to improve software performance and quality.** * Collaborate with development, architecture, and operations teams to ensure proper integration and delivery of solutions. * Participate in **test environment and test data configuration.** * Contribute to technical problem analysis and resolution sessions. * Stay updated on **best practices and emerging technologies in software testing and quality assurance.** If you are passionate about **software quality and application performance analysis** in **complex environments**, and want to contribute to high-impact technology projects, **we are looking for you! Apply now and take the next step in your professional career.** ### **Minimum Requirements** **Requirements** * Demonstrable experience of **more than 5 years in performance testing.** * Advanced experience in **execution and analysis of performance tests (SSDD).** * Advanced knowledge of **relational and non-relational databases.** * Experience in **SQL and NoSQL database optimization and tuning.** * Experience with **performance testing tools**, such as: + **NeoLoad** + **LoadRunner** * Basic knowledge of monitoring tools, such as: + **Dynatrace** + **Atenea** + **Strobe** + **Mainview** * Ability to **work with multidisciplinary teams** and contribute to continuous quality process improvement. **Desirable** * Basic knowledge of **Java programming.** * Experience in **mainframe environments or technologies** (especially for senior profiles). * Experience with performance analysis tools such as **Dynatrace Capability Analysis.** * Knowledge of **architectures or frameworks**, such as: Spring, APX, ASO,... **Recommended Technical Skills** * Test execution and management. * SQL databases. * Test automation. * Performance testing tools. * Application monitoring. ### **Competencies** * AGILE * QA * Tester * loadrunner * qa engineer * dynatrace * jmeter * QA TESTER * performance tester * neoload
